At Ferri Seeds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until we notify you that your refund has been processed.
